 CRS Printek guarantees our cartridges to be free of all defects, and will deliver a high measure of quality under all standard operating conditions.
Our quality guarantee is for the use of the cartridge until all toner has been depleted, commonly noted by the printer system message "LOW TONER," or up to one year from the date of purchase from CRS Printek.
If you are not full satisfied with the quality of our cartridges, CRS Printek will replace the cartridge or refund your money, per our discretion.

CRS Printek guarantee goes beyond what you might expect. We service your printers!
If at any time satifactory evidence reveals that printer failure was due to a defective CRS Printek cartridge, we will service and repair your machine, or call in a third party repair tech for you. A signed and dated statement on the authorized service representative's letterhad must detail the exact nature of the repairs and the parts that were replaced, for a request of reimbursement to be honored by CRS Printek.
CRS Printek liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement of the toner product, repair of the equipment or reimbursement of parts per statement above. The guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all others, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness of particular purposes.
