Under our unconditional Double Guarantee, if the problem is with our cartridge and it is not empty, CRS Printek will replace it at no charge or refund your purchase price. We also warrant any repair deemed to have been caused by our cartridge. If the problem is with your laser printer, your customer representative will be able to troubleshoot your problem over the phone and give you a phone estimate on the repair.
